Our projects are selected following these criterions:

EMERGENCY of the project that has to be realized.
EFFECTIVENESS of the project.
ORGANIZATIONAL POWER of the structure that supports the project.
REAL ATTENTION AND ENGAGEMENT in realizing the project.
BENEFICIARIES' DUTY to be informed on the real course of the project sustained by Artù.
There was an old history that sounded more or less in this way:

If you give a fish to an hungry person  he will never learn fishing, actually he will always count on your help.
Give him a fish reed , teach him fishing, in this way only he will be self-sufficient and would be able to look for food by himself. He will surely be grateful !
