Today, as it has been indicated from the Secretary General O.N.U., Mr. Kofi Annan, we have sent one letter to our country's representative O.N.U. Unfortunately after the recent serious facts happened, we have had to change the priorities. Our proposal is to assign the yields of the lottery in a special fund for the Asian zones hit from the Tzunami. With the help of you all, participating to the game "Play Artu", we will be able soon to keep the necessary funds for the complete reconstruction of the damaged zones. |

He thanks us to have put him acquaintance of our Foundation and he invites us to turn the question to our country's representative office O.N.U. so that it can be voted in Council.
