User's responsibility

The user, at the moment of the registration, declares that all the given information and those written in the registration form are true and correct

The user raises the Artù Foundation from any responsibility linked to false information released by the user and/or for damages or everything else can be derived from the behaviour of the users or of a third part.

The user will respect every copyright and/or any kind of trade linked to the Artù Foundation.

The risks related to using internet, related to the alteration of the user’s personal computer or related to the improper utilization of the user name or his password, are responsibility of the user.

It ’s the user duty to undertake the necessary provisions to prevent the access by an unauthorized third part and to prevent viruses. To this respect the society don’t take on any responsibility.

The user has to keep secret all the extremes of his registration and of the authorization to take part in the game and to protect them from an improper use by not authorized people. The user will undergo all the consequences derived from both proper and improper use of his own extreme of registration and authorization.

Artù Foundation's declarations

Possible updating, changes of the software, of the site or of the documentation can be undertaken without warnings in any time and without the users’ approval.

Owner of the web site is the company "Play Artù private limited company no profit" and it is named everywhere in this site as Artù Foundation.

The relationship between the Artù Foundation and the user are regulated and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom.

Every claim or dispute which can be directly or indirectly, will be send to the competent court of the United Kingdom, whose court will have exclusive jurisdiction.

In spite of the declarations of the preceding point, the Artù Foundation has the right to bring any kind of legal action against the user, in the competent jurisdiction located in the user’s place of residence or also somewhere.

The continuity of internet connection is not assured. Possible drawbacks or breakdowns of the connection can be related to external factors, particularly to technical defaults, breakdowns, illegal operations on the net, overloads on the net, deliberate electric cut off by a third party, suspensions or other kind of insufficiencies due to the provider or bystanders. Moreover interruptions of the connection due to maintenance services are possible.

The Artù Foundation and its controlled, believes in the right of privacy for any user on the web, and it ensures confidential handling of all customer data received.

The Artù Foundation makes clear that the information given by the users in order to enter Artù services, will be treated for ends directly linked to the contractual relationship's management and to grant Artù Services( such as help services, or claims). For the same reasons personal information can be sent in every part of the world. These information should be treated in collaboration with a third party, plainly charged from the Artù Foundation as responsible or entrusted to handle personal data.
